WAYNESBURG, Pa. (April 2) – The Waynesburg University women's lacrosse team hosted Division II opponent Davis & Elkins on Tuesday night at John F. Wiley Stadium. The Yellow Jackets fell to the visiting Senators 23-2.
 
Waynesburg (0-8) got goals from sophomore Breanna Martini (Pickerington, Ohio / Pickerington North) and junior Jackie Adler (Allison Park, Pa. / Hampton) in the loss. Adler also assisted on the Martini tally.
 
D&E (7-2) tallied the game's first nine goals and never trailed on the day.
 
After playing five-straight games at home and six of their last seven at Wiley, Waynesburg hits the road on Saturday, April 6, for a road game at Bethany. Start time is scheduled for 4 p.m.
