DANBURY, Conn. (Feb. 28) – The Waynesburg University men's basketball team learned that its 2021-22 season will continue on Monday. The Yellow Jackets learned that they will be part of the 10-team field to compete in the Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) Men's Basketball Championship Tournament.
 
Waynesburg (14-13) will travel to Juniata (15-11) on Wednesday, March 2 for an opening round contest. The Jackets enter the tournament as the 10 seed, while Juniata is the number-seven seed. The winner of that game will face second-seeded Rutgers-Newark on Friday, March 4.

The Last time the Jacket men qualified for the ECAC postseason was following the 2014-15 campaign.
