Box Score WAYNESBURG, Pa. (April 7) – The Waynesburg University men's tennis team dropped a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) to Washington & Jefferson on senior day at the Bechtle Family Tennis Facility on Sunday evening.

Waynesburg falls to 1-8 overall and 0-4 in PAC play. W&J moves to 4-7, 1-2 PAC.

The Presidents took all three doubles points, 8-1, 8-2 and 8-1.

Ethan Lown (Lebanon, Pa. / Elizabethtown) won eight games in a 6-3, 7-5 defat at top singles. Adam Huckestein (Saxonburg, Pa. / Knoch) and Shane Hughes both won four games in singles play. Huckestein fell 6-3, 6-1 at No. 2 singles and Hughes settled for a 6-2, 6-2 result at No. 5 singles.

The Jackets host Franciscan tomorrow at 4:00 p.m.
