KANSAS CITY, Mo. (July 15) - The Waynesburg University men's basketball team had five student-athletes named to the National Association of Basketball Coaches Honors Courts for the 2024-25 academic.
Recent Waynesburg University graduates
Jordan Fisher (Munhall, Pa. / Steel Valley) and
Hayes Ramirez (San Antonio, Texas / William H. Taft), as well as rising seniors
Jalen Goins (Morgantown, W.Va. / Morgantown),
Casey Keesee (Tipp City, Ohio / Bethel) and

The NABC Honors Court recognizes upperclassmen and graduate players who finished the 2024-25 year with a cumulative grade-point average of 3.2 or higher. The Jackets' five honorees are the most for the program in a single season since the 2011-12 campaign.
Fisher graduated from Waynesburg in May with a degree in sports management. He represented the Yellow Jackets on the Presidents' Athletic Conference Sportsmanship Team and earned a spot on the PAC Academic Honor Roll.
Ramirez earned his diploma this spring as a special education major. He was Waynesburg's PAC Sportsmanship Team selection in the 2023-24 season and was also named to the PAC Academic Honor Roll in the spring 2025 semester.
Goins, a business management major, adds another academic award following his first season as a Jacket. He collected Academic All-District laurels from the College Sports Communicators and appeared on the PAC Academic Honor Roll in 2024-25. Goins started 24 games, led Waynesburg in three-pointers made and finished third on the roster in scoring at 7.6 points per game.
Keesee emerged as a key backcourt threat off bench in his first season at Waynesburg. A business major, he averaged 5.9 points and ranked second on the team with 39 assists and third with 13 three-pointers. He turned in a pair of 20-point outings in Waynesburg wins over Westminster and Hiram in December.
Barnhart, another business major, appeared in 17 games off the Waynesburg bench and made at least one three-pointer in four games, including 14 points in his Jacket debut.
Dating back to 2010, Waynesburg men's basketball student-athletes have been awarded to the NABC Honors Court 40 times.
