WAYNESBURG, Pa. (Sept. 27) – The Waynesburg University women's soccer team grabbed its first Presidents' Athletic Conference win of the fall with an 8-0 shutout of Bethany on Saturday.

Sophomore forward Amanda Pepe (Mantua, N.J. / Gloucester County Institute of Technology) led the Yellow Jackets (7-1-1, 1-0-1) with a four-goal haul, which tied the single-game program record for goals in a game (4) and most points in a game (8) since 2000.

The Jackets scored three goals in the first half to build a comfortable advantage. Senior midfielder Reagan Mittendorf (Bluffton, Ohio / Bluffton) logged the eventual game winner in the 12th minute.
