PITTSBURGH, Pa. (Sept 16) - Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) play began for the Waynesburg University women's soccer team in style against Chatham on Wednesday evening. The Yellow Jackets downed the host Cougars 5-1.

Kennedy Prestidge (Hanover, Va. / Hanover) split the pipes in the 26th minute on the high right corner of the net off an assist from junior defender
Abby Ngugi (Jefferson Hills, Pa. / Thomas Jefferson). Waynesburg's young talent came to play against Chatham (1-3-1, 0-1). Freshman
Katie Zaktansky (Williamsport, Pa. / Warrior Run) added to her team's advantage by depositing a shot into the lower right portion of the goal during the 41st minute following a feed from sophomore
Bella Norton (Selden, N.Y. / Newfield).

Chatham got on the board after returning to the pitch following halftime in the 49th minute to make the score 2-1
