Maeve Magee enters your second year as an assistant athletic trainer at Waynesburg University.
Magee served as a graduate assistant at Waynesburg and earned an MBA in Healthcare Management in December 2020.
Magee served as the head football athletic trainer at Mercyhurst for the 2021 and 2022 seasons. She covered the Lakers' national championship women's rowing team in 2022. Magee was named to the NCAA Division II Women's Rowing Staff of the Year.
Magee originally came to Waynesburg after graduating from Mercyhurs University in Erie, Pennsylvania, in 2019. Along with earning her degree in Athletic Training, she spent four years with the Lakers field hockey team. Her senior season, she served as a team captain.
A standout in the classroom, Magee was a four-time Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Scholar-Athlete and a four-year member of the NCAA Division II Academic Team.
She is currently enrolled in Waynesburg's accelerated bachelor's science of nursing program.
