WAYNESBURG, Pa. (Aug. 31) – With the calendar turning over to September, all seven of Waynesburg's fall teams will be in action over the next three days. For a second-straight year, fans of the Yellow Jackets can follow their favorite teams from their computers and radios.
The 2011-12 seasons begin on Thursday, Sept. 1, when the men's and women's soccer, women's tennis, cross country and volleyball teams all get their respective seasons underway. The Jacket kickers will host a non-Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) doubleheader starting at 6:30 p.m. The Waynesburg women will square off with Mount Union to open the evening and the men will follow with an 8:15 p.m. showdown against Muskingum.
