Saturday's game marks the 41st game between the Waynesburg University Yellow Jackets and the Washington & Jefferson Presidents. The Presidents lead the all-time series, 37-3, having won nine-straight games against Waynesburg.

Waynesburg head coach Rick Shepas has never beaten the Presidents during his tenure at Waynesburg. Two of the last three meetings between have been decided by three points or less.

Yellow Jacket junior quarterback Carter Hill needs 113 passing yards to break Waynesburg's single-season passing yards record. Hill's 2,606 passing yards rank second behind Brad Dawson, who threw for 2,718 yards during the 2009 season. The junior quarterback has already broken Waynesburg's single-season records for touchdowns (26), completions (237) and passing attempts (361).

In three career games against Waynesburg, W&J senior receiver Alex Baroffio has notched 27 receptions for 409 yards and six touchdowns. In his last two games against the Jackets, Baroffio has caught three touchdowns in each game. His 253 career receptions rank second among all active Division III players.

Waynesburg sophomore defensive back Dontae Gibson's twin brother, Dominic Gibson, plays for Washington & Jefferson. Dominic Gibson, who also plays defensive back, has appeared in nine games for the Presidents, totaling five tackles, one interception, one pass breakup and two passes defended. In Waynesburg's game against Westminster two weeks ago, Dontae Gibson returned a blocked punt 15 yards for a touchdown.

Senior defensive end Brandon Fedorka has recorded at least nine sacks in three straight seasons (2011, 9.0; 2012, 9.5; 2013, 9.5). His 31career sacks rank second among all Division III active players, while ranking as the third-best mark among all active college football players, regardless of division.
