Softball team ends week-long run in Florida

Yellow Jackets fall 11-0 to Marietta, 11-1 to Skidmore

Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 KISSIMMEE, Fla. (March 14) – The Waynesburg University softball team ended its week-long run at the Rebel Spring Games on Friday by facing off against Skidmore and Marietta. The Yellow Jackets fell 11-1 to Skidmore and 11-0 to Marietta.

The losses gave the Jackets a final 1-8 mark in Florida. Further information on the two contests will be made available soon.

The Jackets will look for more wins when they return to Waynesburg and take on Mount Aloysius College in a doubleheader on Tuesday, March 18. First pitch is scheduled for 3 p.m.
