Match ResultsGREENSBURG, Pa. (Feb. 28) – The Waynesburg University men's tennis team opened the spring portion of its season on Saturday with a road trip to Pitt Greensburg. The Yellow Jackets avenged a loss from last season by defeating the Bobcats 6-3.

Andrew Brunette got things going with a decisive 8-3 win at first doubles. Senior
Philip Littlejohn teamed up with freshman
Adam McKnight to pick up the Jackets' other victory in team competition, which they did by an 8-5 final at the number-two spot.
The Orange and Black kept things rolling into singles play, where Harris, Littlejohn and Brunette completed 2-0 days on the courts. Harris rebounded from a loss in set one to score a victory at first singles (0-6, 6-4, 6-2). Littlejohn followed Harris's lead with a three-set triumph (4-6, 6-0, 6-3) at the number-two spot. Brunette won a hotly contested two-set match 7-5, 6-4, at the fifth singles spot.
Senior
Colin Phillips cruised to a 6-1, 6-1 victory at the number-four spot to complete the win.
