FAIRMONT, W. Va. (March 30) – The Waynesburg University men's tennis team suffered a 7-2 setback at the hands of Division II Fairmont State on Monday afternoon.
One of Waynesburg's (1-8) two wins occurred at the top singles position as junior
Tim Harris rallied to a three-set win, 2-6, 6-1, 10-4. It was Harris' third triumph of the season and first win against Division II competition in his collegiate career. In doubles competition, freshman

Adam McKnight teamed together to score Waynesburg's other victory of the day, which came at second doubles (8-2).
The Jackets return to competition on Wednesday, March 30, against Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) foe Thiel. Match time is set for 4 p.m.
