GROVE CITY, Pa. (April 30) – The Waynesburg University men's golf team wrapped up the 2016 season by placing seventh at the annual Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Championships.
 
The Yellow Jackets were led by senior Tyler Miller, who put together two solid rounds in the two-day PAC Spring Championships. Miller followed up an eight-over 80 on Friday with a five-over 77 on Saturday. After factoring in his 36-hole total of 166 from the conference's fall championships, Miller wound up tying for 17^th in the 31-man event.
 
Grove City took home the team title after edging Saint Vincent by two strokes for the team title (1212-1214). Thiel rounded out the top three in the team standings (1246). Saint Vincent's Jake Reed claimed individual medalist laurels after carding a 72-hole mark of 290.
