WASHINGTON, Pa. (April 4) – The Waynesburg University men's tennis team traveled to Washington & Jefferson on Tuesday night for a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) match with the Presidents. The Yellow Jackets came up on the short end of an 8-1 final score.
 
Sophomore Jonah Cooper scored Waynesburg's (5-9, 2-2) lone victory with a solid 6-2, 7-5 triumph at first singles. The Jackets were competitive in several other flights, but were unable to overcome the W&J (5-5, 1-1) effort.
 
The Orange and Black is scheduled to return to competition on Friday, April 7, with a home match against Saint Vincent. Start time is set for 3 p.m.
