NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. (Oct. 3) – The Waynesburg University men's soccer team traveled to Westminster for a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) showdown with the Titans. Westminster scored in the second minute of the contest and went on to pick up a 4-0 victory.
Westminster (7-2, 1-0) eventually grew its lead to 3-0 before halftime and added the day's final score with just 48 seconds left on the scoreboard.
The Jackets (4-7, 1-1) were led by sophomore goalkeeper
Adam Dolan, who stopped seven-of-11 shots on goal.
Waynesburg is back in action on Wednesday, Oct. 10, for a home game against Bethany. Start time is scheduled for 8 p.m.
