DELAWARE, Ohio (Sept. 7) – The Waynesburg University men's soccer team traveled to the Buckeye State to face Ohio Wesleyan on Friday. The Yellow Jackets fell 7-0 to the Bishops on Friday.
OWU (2-0) scored the eventual game winner during the ninth minute of play. The home team built up a 4-0 lead by halftime, before closing things out with three more goals in the second period.
Five different Jackets (1-2) attempted one shot each on the night. Sophomore
Adam Dolan started and played all 90 minutes in goal. He made eight saves in the loss.
Waynesburg is back in action tomorrow when it travels to Capital. Start time is scheduled for 5 p.m.
