COLUMBUS, Ohio. (Sept. 8) – The Waynesburg men's soccer team played its second game in as many days in the Buckeye State when it faced Capital on Saturday. The Yellow Jackets fell 8-0 to the Crusaders.
Capital (3-0) scored two goals in the fourth minute within 18 seconds of each other. That lead eventually grew to 5-0 at halftime, before the Crusaders wrapped up the win in period number two.
Sophomore
Adam Dolan started and played all 90 minutes in net. He made eight saves on the night for the Jackets (1-3).
Waynesburg returns to action on Wednesday, Sept. 12, with yet another Ohio road trip, this time traveling to Muskingum. Start time is scheduled for 7 p.m.
