GREENVILLE, Pa. (April 13) – The Waynesburg University men's soccer team peppered Thiel with shots from the opening tip to the final buzzer of Tuesday's Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) match. Though the Tomcats were able to keep the game close, the visitors ultimately came away with a 2-0 victory.
The shutout was Waynesburg's (3-3-1, 3-3-1) second of the season and it marked the first multi-game win streak of the season. The Jackets unloaded 27 total shots in the victory, while Thiel (0-7, 0-7) produced just five total attempts. The Waynesburg defense didn't allow the Tomcats to attempt a shot over the entirety of the second half.
Waynesburg also held sizeable advantages in both shots on goal (14-3) and corner kicks (14-2).

Adam Dolan (McDonald, Pa. / West Allegheny) got the start in goal and earned a shutout win after tallying three saves over a 90-minute complete-game effort.
Waynesburg goes for a third-straight win on Saturday, April 17, when it heads to Geneva. Start time is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
