GET BACK IN THE WIN COLUMN – Waynesburg has dropped their last three road games, with losses coming to Baldwin Wallace, Washington & Jefferson and St. Vincent … Since January 3, the Jackets are 3-5, picking up wins over Franciscan, Thiel and Bethany … The Yellow Jackets defeated Geneva 89-87 in their meeting at the Rudy Marisa Fieldhouse last season … In that win, Marley Wolf (13 points), Anika Dansby (10) and Aubrey Burns (10) all scored in double figures.
 
MORE MOHRBACHER – Freshman multi-sport standout Julz Mohrbacher was named the PAC Newcomer of the Week for her efforts in the Jackets' two contests during the week of January 15-21 … In that two-game stretch, she averaged 16 points, 7.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists and two blocks on 10-of-13 (76.9%) from the field and 12-of-16 (75%) at the line … Mohrbacher is sixth in the PAC and leads all conference newcomers in rebounds per game (8.5) … She has produced 10 double-digit rebounding efforts this season and three double-doubles.
 
FRESHMAN PRODUCTION – While there is no minutes-consumed-by-freshmen statistic, head coach Sam Jones' Yellow Jackets would all but certainly be near the top of that leaderboard if there was one … Mia Henkins (25.6 mpg) leads the team while Mohrbacher (23.4) and Kayla Howard (22.5) also sit in the top five … Howard (8.2 ppg), Mohrbacher (7.5), Henkins (6.9) and Kara McFadden (6.8) sit in spots two through five on the Jackets' points per game leaderboard.
 
JACKETS IN THE PAC RANKS --- In her first year with the program, sophomore Kalista Friday has led the Jackets in scoring (9.3 ppg), is 10th in the PAC and first on the team in steals per game (1.9) and fifth in the conference in 3-point percentage (41.1%, min. 70 attempts) … Howard is third in the conference in blocks per game (1.7) while Mohrbacher is tied for eighth in the same category (0.9).
