TRAFFORD, Pa. (Nov. 12) – After putting together one of the greatest seasons in program history, the Waynesburg University women's soccer team was well represented on the All-Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) women's soccer teams, which were unveiled tonight on a live stream provided by the PAC Sports Network. The Yellow Jackets boasted a conference-best five first-team selections, one second-team honoree and an honorable mention pick.

Waynesburg's standout defense boasted three names on the first team, led by junior goalkeeper Lex Greenlief (Chester, W.Va. / Oak Glen). Greenlief was the backbone of a team that ranked first in the league and 44th in the country in goals allowed average (.579). Not only did she lead the PAC in goals against average (.611), she also was tops in the conference in save percentage (.890) and second in shutouts (10). Greenlief was honored as a PAC Defensive Player, Goalkeeper of the Week on Sept. 25.

Helping to keep the pressure off Greenlief were junior Waverly Lorne (New Providence, N.J. / Governor Livingston) and sophomore Abby Ngugi (Jefferson Hills, Pa. / Thomas Jefferosn). Like Greenlief, Ngugi was also lauded as a PAC Defensive Player, Goalkeeper of the Week, picking up her award on Oct. 27. Not only was Lorne a constant headache for opposing offenses, but she got in on the scoring as well, tallying three assists on the season.

Junior forward Julz Mohrbacher (Freedom, Pa. / Freedom) is currently putting together one of the finest offensive seasons in recent program history on her way to first-team status. She is tied for the PAC lead in total goals (16) and is pacing all conference players with 38 total points and 1.90 points per game. Mohrbacher was a two-time PAC Offensive Player of the Week.

Senior Reagan Mittendorf (Bluffton, Ohio / Bluffton) is crafting a fantastic farewell tour for the Yellow Jackets. She currently ranks sixth in the PAC in goals (9) and goals per game (.450), is tied for first in assists (9), third in game-winning goals (5) and sixth in total points (27). Mittendorf also received the honor of being a PAC SAAC Scholar-Athlete of the Month for September.

The Orange and Black was represented on the second team by sophomore forward Amanda Pepe (Mantua, N.J. / Gloucester County Institute of Technology). Pepe is currently fifth in the PAC in goals (12) and goals per game (.600) and is tied for fourth in assists (6) and total points (30). The second-year standout was named a PAC Offensive Player of the Week on Sept. 29.

Freshman Miracle Hershey (Lebanon County, Pa. / New Covenant Christian) earned honorable mention all-conference laurels thanks to a tremendous rookie campaign. Hershey is currently fifth on the team with five goals and is tied for the Jackets' top spot with nine assists. That mark has her tied with Mittendorf for first in the PAC. She is also holding down the number 10 spot in the league for total points with 19. Hershey was named PAC Newcomer of the Week on Sept. 22.
