DANBURY, Conn. (Dec. 11) – The awards just keep coming for members of the historic 2025 Waynesburg University women's soccer team. After setting a new program wins record (17) and earning the first recorded Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) title in team history, four Yellow Jackets were lauded by the ECAC itself as first-team Division III all-conference honorees.

Reagan Mittendorf (Bluffton, Ohio / Bluffton), junior forward
Julz Mohrbacher (Freedom, Pa. / Freedom), sophomore defender
Abby Ngugi (Jefferson Hills, Pa. / Thomas Jefferson) and sophomore forward
Amanda Pepe (Mantua, N.J. / Gloucester County Institute of Technology) received this latest honor. Waynesburg boasted the most first-team selections and most overall picks on this year's all-ECAC women's soccer squads.
Mittendorf put together a fine farewell season in Orange and Black. She finished 2025 ranked sixth in the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) in goals (9), second in assists (9), first in game-winning goals (5) and sixth in total points (27).
Mohrbacher finished the 2025 season ranked first in the PAC in goals (17) and total points (41) on her way to first-team all-conference accolades. She was twice honored as a PAC Offensive Player of the Week.
Ngugi anchored a defense that allowed a PAC-best 0.59 goals per game and was honored as a PAC Goalkeeper / Defensive Player of the Week on Oct. 27.
Pepe finished fifth in the PAC in goals (13) and goals per game (.591). She tied for fifth in assists (6) and stood alone in fifth place in total points (32). The second-year standout was named a PAC Offensive Player of the Week on Sept. 29.
