KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Dec. 2) – The United Soccer Coaches released their annual all-region women's soccer teams on Tuesday. After putting together arguably the greatest season in program history, Waynesburg University earned two first-team, two second-team and one third-team selection to the NCAA Division III Region VII squads.
Junior
Julz Mohrbacher (Freedom, Pa. / Freedom) became a two-time honoree after earning first-team laurels. She finished the 2025 season ranked first in the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) in goals (17) and total points (41) on her way to first-team all-conference accolades. She was twice honored as a PAC Offensive Player of the Week.
Mohrbacher was lauded as a fourth-team pick in 2024.
Sophomore
Abby Ngugi (Jefferson Hills, Pa. / Thomas Jefferson) was Waynesburg's other first-team selection and anchored a defense that allowed a PAC-best 0.59 goals per game. Ngugi was named a first-team All-PAC pick and was honored as a PAC Goalkeeper / Defensive Player of the Week on Oct. 27.
The Jackets were represented on the Region VII second team by junior goalkeeper
Lex Greenlief (Chester, W.Va. / Oak Glen) and senior midfielder
Reagan Mittendorf (Bluffton, Ohio / Bluffton).
Greenlief put together the finest statistical season in Waynesburg history by going 16-3-2 with a 0.65 goals against average. She boasted a .893 save percentage and logged 11 shutouts on her way to first-team All-PAC status. She was also named a PAC Goalkeeper / Defensive Player of the Week and was the MVP of Waynesburg's 1-0 win over Keene State in the ECAC title game after piling up a season-high 14 saves.
Greenlief set new team records for save percentage, goals-against average, wins and shutouts in a season.
Mittendorf put together a fine farewell season in Orange and Black. She finished 2025 ranked sixth in the PAC in goals (9), second in assists (9), first in game-winning goals (5) and sixth in total points (27). That work earned a spot on the All-PAC first team.
Junior defender
Waverly Lorne (New Providence, N.J. / Governor Livingston), another piece of the Jackets' standout defense, earned third-team praise after being a first-team All-PAC pick. She also contributed offensively with four assists.
