TRAFFORD, Pa. (Feb. 9) – Senior women's basketball Kalista Friday (Woodsfield, Ohio / Monroe Central) has been a driving force behind Waynesburg University's current five-game winning streak. For her most recent work on the court, she was named the latest Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Women's Basketball Player of the Week.

Friday averaged 17.5 points, 9.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 2.5 steals over a pair of Jacket wins this past week. She contributed 16 points, five rebounds, two assists and two steals during a 77-68 win over Saint Vincent on Wednesday. She followed that up with her fourth double-double of the season in a 79-62 victory against Hiram on Saturday. Friday went for a game-high 19 points and a team-best 13 rebounds against the Terriers. She added four assists and three steals in her team's most recent win.
