HERMITAGE, Pa. (September 6) – The Waynesburg University women's golf team had three freshmen make their collegiate debuts at the Thiel Women's Fall Invitational at Avalon Buhl Country Club on Saturday.

The tournament featured six teams from the Presidents' Athletic Conference. The Yellow Jackets were one player short of compiling a team score.

Allison Wolling (Bethel Park, Pa. / Bethel Park ) led the way with a 100 overall to finish tied for 22nd in the 46-player field.

Lexi Schmadel (Lewisburg, Pa. / Lewisburg ) followed two shots back at 102 and Emmarson Anderson (Beaver Falls, Pa. / Blackhawk) followed with a 103.

The Jackets return to the links at the Saint Vincent Invitational at the Latrobe Country Club on Sept. 15.
