WHEELING, W.Va. (April 9) – The Waynesburg University women's golf team competed at the Bison Spring Invitational at Oglebay Resort, where the Yellow Jackets tallied a four-woman score of 464.
 
Freshmen Avery Davis (Waynesburg, Pa. / Waynesburg Central) and Allison Wolling (Bethel Park, Pa. / Bethel Park) stayed neck-and-neck through the Invite, as the pair tied for fourth overall in the individual standings, with team-best scores of 101.
 
Freshman Emmarson Anderson (Beaver Falls, Pa. / Blackhawk) shot a 121 to place ninth. Freshman Leigha Clapper (Bellwood, Pa. / Bellwood-Antis) completed the scoring four for Waynesburg by turning in a score card of 141 to take 11^th place.  
 
The Jacket women return to action on Saturday, April 11, at the Westminster Spring Invitational at the Avalon Field Club in New Castle, Pa.
