WAYNESBURG, Pa. (June 24) – The Collegiate Sports Communicators (CSC) released its annual Academic All-District® Men's Cross Country/Track & Field teams on Tuesday. Waynesburg University was well represented as five Yellow Jackets earned the accolade.

Nicky Todd (Homer City, Pa. / Homer Central), recent graduate
Isaac Trout (Ruffs Dale, Pa. / Southmoreland) and rising junior
Ethan Wilson (Pittsburgh, Pa. / Redeemer Lutheran) all received the honor for their excellence on the track, in the field events and on the cross country course, as well as in the classroom.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Cross Country/Track & Field teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in athletic competition and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes cross country/track & field honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2025-26 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA governance structure.
