Marley Wolf (Ellwood City, Pa. / Riverside) wrapped up her season on the basketball court with a productive couple of games, while junior
Tim Durkin (Pittsburgh, Pa. / Bishop Canevin) has gotten his spring Esports season off to a quick start.
Wolf averaged a team-high 12.5 points per game for Waynesburg this past week. She also pulled down 5.0 rebounds per contest and swiped a squad-best five total steals. Wolf knocked down three-of-seven three-point attempts and converted eight-of-10 foul shots.
Durkin went 2-0 in Super Smash Brothers Ultimate competition this past week. He closed out Waynesburg's Squads victory against the University of New England on Tuesday, which went 2-0 in favor of the Yellow Jackets. He improved to 2-0 this spring in individual competition by downing an opponent from Randolph Macon 3-0 on Friday.
