YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (Feb. 23) -- The Waynesburg University women's indoor track and field team finished eight with 11.33 team points at the 2024 Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Indoor Track and Filed Championships held Thursday at Youngstown State University. Below are the Jackets' top performers from the meet.

5,000 Meters
Grace Tanksley (Bedford, Ind. / Bedford North Lawrence) finished fifth and set a personal record with a 19:34.76 second run. Gabrielle Reifsnyder took eight with a time of 20:27.61

60 Meters
Kara Yaukey (Knoxville, Md. / Boyd J. Micheal III Technical) took sixth and set a personal-best time of 8.27 seconds to move into eighth in program history.

200 Meters
Ella Rishell (Montgomery County, Md. / Watkins Mill) finished eighth and is now tied for third in Jackets history with a 27.47-second run.

High Jump
Jonna Butcher (Morgantown, W.Va. / Morgantown) took eighth and set a PR with a 1.43-meter jump.

4x400-Meter Relay
Jaylene Mundorff (Cross Creek, Pa. / Avella), Reagan Pettis (West Springfield, Pa. / Northwestern), Joula Anderson (Greensburg, Pa. / Greensburg Salem) and Erin DeLong (Canonsburg, Pa. / Canon-McMillan) took eighth with a time of 5:01.78.

Distance Medley Relay
Reifsnyder, Sam Kelly (Cumberland, Md. / Allegany), Lily Ryer (Indiana, Pa. / Marion Center) and Tanksley finished eighth with a run of of 13:59.85.

The Jackets return to action Saturday, March 2 for the Last Chance Meet at Ohio Northern University.
