Box Score AURORA, N.Y. (March 22) – The Waynesburg University women's lacrosse fell 22-0 at unbeaten Wells in upstate New York on Friday afternoon.

The Jackets move to 1-6 on the season while the Express run their record to 6-0. 

The Express triggered a running clock with 6:14 left in the second quarter. Wells led 13-0 at the half and added nine second half goals.

Waverly Lorne (New Providence, N.J. / Governor Livingston) paced the Jackets with nine caused turnovers, five ground balls and five draw controls. She tallied five shots on the day to pace the Jackets on the offensive end. Mia Riggle (Ford City, Pa. / Armstrong) attempted two shots.

Anna Bradley (Bridgeville, Pa. / South Fayette) made 13 saves on the day.

Waynesburg owned an 11-9 edge in caused turnovers.

Waynesburg continues its four-game road trip on Monday in Baltimore at Notre Dame of Maryland.
