MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (May 4) – The Waynesburg University outdoor track & field teams sent five student-athletes to compete at the WVU Last Chance on Saturday.
Quintin Weaver (Rimersburg, Pa. / Union) raced to a fourth-place finish in the twilight 800 in 1:56.20.
Kyle Casella (Clarksboro, N.J. / Kingsway) notched a PB of 2:05.40 in the 800 to finish sixth.
Natalie Double (Portersville, Pa. / Slippery Rock) notched a personal record of 36.40 meters to finish second in the javelin.
Megan Barry (North Huntington, Pa. / Norwin) followed in third at 32.27 meters.
John Stewart (Lancaster, Pa. / JP McCaskey) finished 10th in the discus at 39.04 meters.
The Jackets return to action next Thursday at Allegheny's Marty Goldberg Gator Invitational.
