WHEELING, W. Va. (September 10) – The Waynesburg University women's golf team had two freshmen compete Bison Invitational at the Oglebay Jones Course on Tuesday.

The event only featured individual scoring with nine golfers from three Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) teams competing.

Abigail Noble (West Alexander, Pa. / McGuffey) finished sixth at 132 strokes. Julia Clement (Johnstown, Pa. / Westmont Hilltop) followed in seventh with 136 strokes.

The women's golf team heads to the Westminster Invitational on Saturday.
