NEW CASTLE, Pa. (September 14) – The Waynesburg University women's golf team had three individuals compete at the Westminster Invitational at the Avalon Field Club on Saturday.

Maeve Hanley (Punxsutawney, Pa. / Punxsutawney) finished 42nd in the 58-player field at 108 strokes. She parred the 313-yard par-four on hole No. 9. 

Freshman Abigail Noble (West Alexander, Pa. / McGuffey) carded a 111 to finish 44th. Julia Clement (Johnstown, Pa. / Westmont Hilltop) was 54th with 124 strokes.

The Jackets return to the links on Sept. 23 at Saint Vincent.
