ADA, Ohio (March 8) – Waynesburg University graduate student Quintin Weaver (Rimersburg, Pa. / Union) concluded his standout indoor track & field season at Ohio Northern's Final Qualifier meet on Saturday.
 
Weaver, who was the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) runner-up at the PAC Championships last week, finished ninth in the 800 at the meet with a time of 2:01.98.
 
His mark narrowly misses out on the program top-10 leaderboard. Weaver posted three top-10 800 marks this season and set Waynesburg's modern indoor 800 record of 1:53.56 last year.
 
Weaver's season-best converted time of 1:56.35 ranks eighth in the Division III Mid-Atlantic Region performance list for the 2024-25 season.
 
Waynesburg opens its outdoor track & field season at WVU's Marty Pushkin Invitational on March 22.
