NEW ORLEANS, La. (March 13) – For the second-straight year, junior
Jacob Harker (Lilly, Pa. / Bishop Carroll) has been honored for his excellence in the throwing circle. He was lauded for his record-setting performances in the shot put as a member of The United State Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Mid-Atlantic Region Indoor Track and Field Teams.
Harker, who was named USTFCCCA all-region in both indoor and outdoor competition during the 2024-25 competition year, successfully defended his Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) shot put title with a heave of 15.53 meters, which was nearly a full meter ahead of second place. That winning throw also broke his own school record.
The top eight individuals in each event from each region on the year-end Descending Order Lists earned All-Region distinction, in addition to each member of the region's top-8 relay teams.
