WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. (March 28) – The Waynesburg University women's track & field team traveled to West Liberty University this weekend to compete in the Tim Weaver Invitational. The Yellow Jackets scored multiple victories at the unscored meet.
Junior
Natalie Double (Portersville, Pa. / Slippery Rock) bested 14 other competitors with a throw of 37.66 meters in the javelin. Freshman
Adaire Settles (Canonsburg, Pa. / Canon-McMillan) also tasted victory in the 400-meter hurdles. She broke the tape with a time of 1:10.12.
