GREENVILLE, Pa. (May 9) – Congratulations go out to seniors
Kassidy O'Keefe and
Holly Bachman, who were recognized as members of the Ohio River Lacrosse Conference's (ORLC) women's all-conference teams.
Despite never playing competitive lacrosse prior to this past spring, O'Keefe used her athleticism and tenacity to earn second-team laurels as a defender. In her only year on the field, the two-sport starter (basketball) finished second on Waynesburg with 29 groundballs and 13 caused turnovers.
Bachman graduates as Waynesburg's all-time leader in goals (125) and total points (144). In 2017, she led the Yellow Jackets in goals (28) and total points (32).
Another senior,
Annie McGlaughlin, was honored as a member of the ORLC Sportsmanship Team.
